My thoughts and prayers are with Tim's family and friends. My husband and I first came to know him nearly a decade ago when we first moved to KC. My husband worked with him and they shared interests in gaming, canoeing and rock climbing. My husband probably talked more with him on a daily basis than with me -- but, I'm glad they were good friends. I'll miss his laugh when something was truly funny. And I'll miss how he made our difficult dog his buddy every time he came over to visit. The world truly lost a wonderful soul.
