I'm so sorry to have to see this message of your loved one's passing here! Had no idea Cecil had died! Wish we had a better communication outlet in our neighborhood. I stopped both newspapers last year since delivery was hit & miss. Very sorry for your loss....way too soon for such a loved one. Know you have loved ones to support you in days to come but know I'm praying for you all daily. Kay
