Cec and I worked together many years as part of UPS management both in Iowa and Kansas. I retired after 31 years, we shared a lot of history and fond work memories together. Cec was a wonderful man, so well-respected by all who worked "with and for him"----always had a big smile for everyone. HE WAS ONE OF THE GOOD GUYS----Condolences to all of his family. Larry and Mary
