Condolence: Joe, Christopher, and family,

I worked with Mary in the Literacy Program at Allied Signal/Honeywell. We were both tutors and Mary & I worked together to help others improve their literacy skills. We also shared lots of laughs as I visited her several times in her home and in various care facilities. I enjoyed calling her on her birthday and talking about old times until she reached the point where she could not speak. I enjoyed Mary's laugh, smile, and sense of humor. I am so glad that my wife had the opportunity to meet her. It was always obvious that Mary's whole life was her kids and their families. She was so proud of all of them.
I wish I had known about Mary's passing in time to attend the service, but she will always be in my mind and I will cherish my memories with her. May you do the same.
