Jack L. Erisman, 85, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, passed away at 10:23 AM on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Visitation is scheduled from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Blue Ridge Bible Church in Raytown, Missouri, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Burial will be at 3:00 PM at Floral Hills East Cemetery in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. The family suggests memorials to the Blue Ridge Bible Church Mission’s Fund.
Jack was born on June 22, 1932 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was a devoted husband to his wife Sherry for 58 years. He was a lifetime Local #8 plumber, wonderful father, grandfather, and a friend.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry; sons, Dr. Craig Erisman (Sylvia) of Lee’s Summit, MO, Jacob Erisman (Julie) of Sterling, CO, and Patrick Erisman (Debbie) of Lee’s Summit, MO; daughter, Mary Ann Long (Jerald) of Overland Park, KS; 19 grandchildren; 2 great grandsons; sister, Betty Doughty; brother-in-law, Harold McClintock; and many nieces and nephews.
