David Carl Johnson, 73, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, passed away on June 13, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family. A memorial service will be at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church in Lee’s Summit. A visitation will begin at 5:30 PM at the church.

Dave was born on March 3, 1944 in Stillwater, Minnesota. He served his country in the United States Air Force and worked at NCR as a service tech. He had many hobbies, including woodworking, model building, and archery. He loved animals and created wood art for his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Bruce Johnson. He is survived by his wife, Carol; sons, Scott and Brett; daughter, Beth; brother, Gary Johnson; sister, Janice and husband Bob Robinson; sister-in-laws, Mary Johnson and Sandy Johnson; and many nieces and nephews.
