Billy "Bill" J. McMullen, 75, of Lee's Summit, MO, passed away on May 26, 2018. Funeral service will be held at Langsford Funeral Home on Friday, June 1, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. Burial will be at the Lee's Summit Historical Cemetery.

Bill was a Vietnam veteran, serving in the U.S. Marines from 1960 - 1970, earning the rank of Staff Sgt. He was also a member of the Tribe of Mic-O-Say. After 31 years of service, he retired from the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City in 2002 and was a member of the 25-Year Club. He was a devoted family man and always looked forward to the annual Thanksgiving gathering. He loved attending scouting events, sporting events, school plays, and any other event his grandchildren were involved in. He loved playing Yahtzee and Dominoes with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and was a master at the art of the "cheesy breakfast." He loved his dogs and tolerated cats. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, brother and son, Douglas McMullen.

Survivors include his wife, Bonnie McMullen, of the home; son, Keith McMullen (Kelly); daughter, Misty Nasiatka (Mark); stepchildren, Steve Gorman (Mary), Lynn Smith (Dale), and Jennifer Brown (Scott); 9 grandchildren, Alex and Sean McMullen, Robyn Billingsley (Matt), Stephanie, Emily and Dani Gorman, Paige, Weston and Rand Brown; and 3 great-grandchildren, Shelby, Noah and Christian. He was dearly loved and will be sorely missed by all.
