Marilyn Lee Bantrup, 77, passed away on February 12, 2018. She was born on February 2, 1941 in St. Louis, MO to Richard and Rita Keeney Meisinger. Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Jennifer Marie Bantrup. Survivors include her husband of 56 years, William; daughter, Denise (Mike) Gates; sons, Christopher (Sharon) and Gregory (Tera) Bantrup; 9 grandchildren, Grant, Amy, Christopher, Katie, Mary, Danielle, Sydney, Madison, and Avery; 3 great- grandchildren, Corbin, Alice, and Maxwell; and sisters, Rita (Ken) Jenner, Betty (Dick) Lurk, and Linda (Jerry) Schmaltz. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1800 MO-150, Lee’s Summit, MO 64082, or Servants of Mary, 800 N. 18th St., Kansas City, KS 66102-4291. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 10am, Holy Spirit Catholic Church, preceded by a visitation one hour before. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 7601 Blue Ridge, Kansas City, MO 64138.
