Glen M. O’Neal, Jr., 57, of Lee’s Summit, Mo went home to be with the Lord after sudden complications from Influenza A on January 4, 2018 at St. Luke’s Medical Center on the Plaza, surrounded by friends and family. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at Deerbrook Covenant Church in Lee’s Summit, from 9-10am. Funeral services will follow at 10am. Burial will be at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, MO at 3pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Deerbrook Covenant Church, 200 NE Tudor Rd, Lee’s Summit, MO 64086.
Glen was born February 9, 1960 in Long Beach, CA. He was a loving son, amazing husband, father, and grandfather. A man who loved the Lord and shared the Lord with all those he knew and met. The legacy he leaves behind was the love he shared with everyone, God’s love. He is preceded in death by his father, Glen M. O’Neal, Sr. and his father and mother-in-law, Paul and Alma Matthew. Survivors include his mother, Roberta; wife, Stacie; and five children, Chris, John, Bret, William, and Sophia; their children, Rebecca, Aidan, and Michael, Wesley, Matthew, and Daphne, and Fabian, and David.
