Mary B. Kargbo, 62, of Kansas City, MO, passed away on July 14, 2017. Visitation will be at the Langsford Funeral Home, 115 SW 3rd St, Lee’s Summit, MO 64063 from 10-11 AM on Saturday, August 5, 2017, followed immediately by a memorial service.
Mary was born on June 11, 1955 in Makeni, Sierra Leone, and immigrated to the US in 1989. She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother and two sisters. She is survived by her husband Henry Randall; children Amadu, Kadie, Abdul and Hemar; grandson Lucius; sister Josephine (Kemoh) Gbekpa, brother Alpha (Doris) Kargbo, sister Amie Kargbo, and numerous extended family back in Sierra Leone, US, Canada and Europe.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bloch Cancer Center at Truman Medical Center.
